Terms of Service
Last updated September 6, 2026
1. Agreement and business information
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.enovaprint.ca, including requesting a quote, uploading artwork, creating an account, approving a proof, and purchasing products or services. The website and its services are operated by Enovatex INC., doing business as Enova Print (“Enova Print,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). When you check the required agreement box and submit an order, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Current business contact information appears in the Business Information section below.
2. Product and order information
Before submitting an order, you are shown the products or services selected, quantities, dimensions and options where applicable, item prices, discounts, taxes, shipping or pickup charges, total price, payment method, and available production and delivery information. Please review that information carefully. The order confirmation records the details accepted at checkout.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, coupons, taxes, shipping charges, and totals are calculated from the selections and delivery information provided at checkout. Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. An order is not accepted for production merely because a payment authorization or order request was received; artwork review, proof approval when required, and final confirmation may still be necessary.
4. Artwork and customer-provided content
You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and licensing of artwork, logos, images, text, trademarks, and other content you provide. You authorize us and the service providers involved in fulfilling the order to use that content only as reasonably required to review, proof, produce, store, support, and deliver the order. We may decline content that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, offensive, incomplete, or unsuitable for production.
5. Proofs, approvals, and colour
When a proof is provided, production may wait until approval. Approval confirms that you accept the spelling, layout, colours, size, quantities, selected options, and production direction shown. Screen displays are not exact colour proofs. Colour and appearance can vary between screens, materials, printing methods, finishing processes, and production batches.
6. Production and delivery timing
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Timing may depend on payment, usable artwork, proof approval, product availability, production capacity, carriers, weather, and events beyond reasonable control. The checkout and order records identify the selected fulfillment method and the delivery or pickup information available when the order is placed.
7. Changes, cancellations, returns, and refunds
Many products are made to order. A change or cancellation may not be possible after artwork has been approved, production has begun, or materials have been committed. If a change, cancellation, return, reprint, or refund is available, the amount may account for work, materials, processing, payment, and shipping already incurred. Submit a support ticket promptly if you need help with an order. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Pickup, shipping, and delivery
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Shipping availability and charges depend on the products, destination, and selected service. Oversized, heavy, sheet, specialty, or otherwise excluded products may carry a shipping charge even when other products qualify for a promotion. Additional charges may apply for address correction, unsuccessful delivery, storage, re-delivery, or special handling where disclosed or permitted by law.
Some orders may be manufactured or shipped directly by production and fulfilment partners. Customer, artwork, delivery, and order information is provided only as reasonably required for production, delivery, support, and related legal obligations.
9. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use it for fraud or abuse. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or the website.
10. Website and intellectual property
The website, software, templates, designs, processes, content, and branding belong to the business or its licensors. Except for ordinary use of the services, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit them without written permission.
11. Responsibility and limits
To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for a claim connected with a product or service is limited to the direct loss reasonably arising from the affected order. The business is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them, and they do not reduce mandatory statutory rights.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any mandatory rights available under the law of the customer's province or territory continue to apply.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms or an order can be submitted through the website support ticket system. Current business contact information appears below.
